Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Hancock, 56, was reunited with her loved ones in heaven on Monday, June 2, 2025. She was born February 2, 1969 in Hamilton, Ohio. She took great pride in caring for her family and was a devoted mother. Known for her sharp sense of humor, she had a way of making people feel good just by being around her. She loved supporting her sons and rarely missed one of their sporting events. Her presence was unmistakable—she was lively and never afraid to cheer loudly. Above all, Cindy was an incredibly hard worker, always giving her best in everything she did. She was preceded in death by her son, Isaiah Johnson; father, Richard Hancock; maternal grandparents, John and Pauline Lowery; and paternal grandparents, Charles and Frances Hancock. Cindy is survived by her sons, Corey (Kelsey) Hancock and Jordan Johnson; mother, Janet (Vern) Rayburn; sisters, Penny (Todd) Fannon and Becky (Steve) Myers; aunts, Tammy (Andy) Thiemann and Judy Wilson; nieces, Erica (Brady), Jessica, and Julia; nephews, Sean and Brendan; great-niece, Ella; great-nephew, Landon; cousin, Wesley (Lindsey) Harrison and their son, Logan; beloved dog and companion that loved chicken nuggets, Cheeto; and many other relatives and friends. In accordance with her wishes, services will be private.
