David Cox

David was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Martha Cox. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Priscilla Cox; son, David Charles (Cindy) Cox; daughter, Sheryl Leigh (Brent) Rock; grandchildren, Matthew Leroy, Katelynn Rock, and Kevin Rock.

David enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he had a great sense of humor. He loved going to amusement parks and cherished memorable moments like renewing his wedding vows with Priscilla in Las Vegas on their 25th anniversary. David proposed to Priscilla from a phone booth in Mississippi before he shipped out.

David dedicated 32 years of his career to Kodak as a Rollcoater, where he notably served as the first tester of the instant camera. Even after retiring from Kodak, he continued working at Staples, Party City, and spent the last 10 years at Wal-Mart.

David and Priscilla's love story began in the 4th grade, and their bond remained strong throughout their lives.
