Julie Ann Morbitzer

Age 37, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

Born on April 29, 1987 in Columbus, Ohio to Daniel and Candace Morbitzer. Julie was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Morbitzer; paternal grandparents James and Jeannine (Wallace) Morbitzer; maternal grandparents, George David and Rena June (Cummins) Cave; and best friend, Stephanie Clarizio. She is survived by her beloved sons, Jack Castle and Daniel Castle; her loving mother, Candy Morbitzer; her siblings, Michelle (Jason) Dickson, Monica (Greg) Roberts, Jason (Judi) Morbitzer, and Lisa Morbitzer; nieces and nephews, Anilyn, Dawson, Madilyn, Jason, Tyler, Collin, Cameron, Christian, Cayden, Cason, and June; dear friend Kyle, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Julie will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Known affectionately as "Juju” and "Jules", Julie had a passion for art and creativity. She found joy in listening to music, particularly her favorite artist, Pink, and enjoyed painting with watercolors and drawing with colored pencils. Julie’s compassionate heart and empathetic nature made her a gifted caregiver, and she spent many years working in early childhood education, and serving as a nanny to many nieces and nephews, most recently her "BFF" June. She selflessly cared for her father in his final days, showing the strength, kindness, and deep love she had for her family. Julie was known for her witty humor, intelligence, and her ability to listen with an open heart, always sharing her opinion with strength and sincerity.

Julie was immensely proud of her children, Jack and Daniel, and their happiness meant the world to her. Her legacy of compassion, strength, and creativity will continue to live on in their lives, as well as in the many people whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 3-7 p.m. at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd, with a funeral service beginning at 7 p.m., officiated by Pastor Doug McCoy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Julie’s children.
