Richard Alan Denson passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, in his 92nd year, on Thursday, September 17, 2015. Alan was the beloved husband for 68 years to Helen. He was the dear father of Derek (Linda), Brian (Jill), Linda (Ray) and Craig (Peggy). Cherished "Grampie" to 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. His family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, Guelph, Ontario, on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 11am followed by a Memorial Service at noon. Reception will be held in the Fellowship Lounge of the funeral home thereafter. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Elliot Community - Ellington Retirement Suites.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at the Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph.
