Cory Barnes

BARNES, Cory— Passed away at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph, on Sunday, October 16, 2011. Edward Ronald Corydon (Cory) Barnes, in his 86th year, was predeceased by his wife Ida Margaret (nee Costello) (1980). He was the dear father of Cindy (fiancé Earl), Christine, Stephen (Valerie) and Jane. Cory is fondly remembered by two grandsons Graham and Owen. He is survived by his cousins Martha (nee Mamo) Jackson and Henry Mamo. Friends are invited to meet with the family at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Cory will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Church of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
