Denys loved life, and lived every day to the fullest through simple pleasures: building computers, working on cars, playing pool, reading, engaging in photography, and always, always cracking jokes. Denys had a big heart and a brilliant mind. He saw the best in people and had a natural knack for problem solving. He loved nature and had a keen eye for beauty. Those who knew Denys, even just a little bit, have lost a bright star in their lives.
Denys will forever be missed by his father Alex; his mother Mila; his sister Olesya; his loving extended family; and his many great friends.
Family, friends, colleagues and everyone whose lives Denys touched, are invited to support each other and reminisce at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph (519-821-5077) on Friday, January 25 from 4-6 p.m. with eulogies beginning at 5:00 p.m. A reception will follow immediately afterwards in the Fellowship Lounge.
