Diane Lilley

Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on July 8, 2015 in her 72nd year after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving mother to Denise MacDonald (Jay) and Warren Lilley, and caring Nona to Natalie, Paul, and Derek. Diane was a very well-respected psychic in the Guelph community and touched the lives of many people. She was a talented artist and writer in her earlier years, and had a great love of Barbra Streisand most of her life. Her incredible sense of humour and entertaining stories will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, for visitation on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m., with a funeral service the following day, Saturday, July 11, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. Cremation and a private burial of ashes ceremony will be held at a later date. A special thank you to the wonderful and caring staff of Hospice Wellington for making her final days as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Wellington or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
