Felice Scarozza

SCAROZZA, Felice (Gigi)— Passed away, peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Guelph General Hospital on Friday, May 1, 2015. Felice Scarozza, in his 88th year, was the beloved husband, for 63 years, of Rosaliva (Maria) (nee Agostini) Scarozza. He was the dear father of Antonietta (Tonie)(Angelo) Plozzer, Marcella (Giuseppe) Ferraro and Aurelia (Roderick) Schwab. Felice was the loving Nonno of Richard (Amanda) Plozzer, Jason (Diane) Ferraro, Marco (Victoria) Plozzer, Giuseppe (Joey)Ferraro, Jr., Erik and Christina Schwab, and he was the Bisnonno of Anthony, Christian, Merrick, Melia, Calia, Matteo and Gabriella. He is survived by his sister Elsa Chiacchierarelli. Felice was predeceased by three sisters, Lidia Moroni, Gina Scarozza and Sistina Scarozza. He will be missed by many friends and family members in his home town of Cave, Italy. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Monday, May 4, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Felice will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 8:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 10 a.m. Entombment, Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
