Gary Schooley

SCHOOLEY, Gary Edwin— Passed away, peacefully, at Guelph on Thursday, March 13, 2014. Gary Schooley, in his 76th year, was the beloved husband of the late Marilyn Dorothy (nee Ward) Schooley (2003). He was the dear father of Dwayne Schooley, Dee (Danny) Ray, Kimmie (Phil) Short, and Kelli Strub (Jeff Straub). Gary is fondly remembered by seven grandchildren: Tyler and David Ray, Kelsie and Josh Strub, Trystan, Tylana and Taryn Short. He is survived by two brothers Ken and Hugh Schooley. Gary was predeceased by sisters Ellen Willis and Jean Bear and by a brother Phil Schooley. He will be remembered as a great father, grandfather and friend who loved his hot dogs and happy hour. Special thanks to Dr. Sommerville, to the Guelph Renal Clinic Staff and to the nursing staff at the GGH Fifth Floor.
