Day, George Irvine Passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 15, 2011 at Caressant Care. Arthur, in his 94th year. George was the beloved husband of Isabel Day, loving father of Fred (Barb) and Norman (Ruth), and step-father of Maureen Graves (Dan) and Susan Sonley (Chris). Adoring grandfather to his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and step-grandchildren. George will be remembered by his sister Lois Janzen. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 11 am - 1 pm followed by a chapel service at 1 pm. Interment at Meadowvale Cemetery, Brampton, at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
