Predeceased by his wife Ann (Madore) (2001), his son Gino (1986) and his parents and siblings from Italy.
Survived by his daughter Michele and her husband Rick Davey, Gino was the proud Grampa to Corey Fischer (Sarah), Colin Fischer and Taylor Strub (Cody). He was also remembered as Grampa Gino from his great-grandchildren Scarlett, Madden, Charlie and Clyde. He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours, both in Canada and Italy.
Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N, Guelph. Visitation will be held Saturday August 24, 2024, from 10:00-1:00pm. A Memorial Service will take place immediately following at 1:00pm. Reception to follow. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Shannon Hutton for her many years of care and the staff on 3 North at the St. Joseph’s Health Centre for their kindness and compassion.
