Hilda Yvonne Carson

CARSON, Hilda Yvonne-- (Hons. BA, Trent University; Msc Econ in International Politics, University of Wales, Aberystwyth) Passed away, attended by her family, in her 45th year, on Saturday, October 1, 2005, following a courageous battle with cancer. Hilda was the loving partner of Christopher Finch and the beloved daughter of Yvonne and the late Alexander Carson. She was the devoted mother of Robert, Jacqueline, and Emily Kingston. Hilda was the loving sister of Allan, William, Susan, and David. She will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends. Friends may meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Rockwood Chapel, 117 Guelph St., Rockwood, Ontario, on Wednesday, October 5, 2005, from 7-9 p.m., and at Northminster United Church, 676 Simcoe St. N., Oshawa, Ontario on Thursday, October 6, 2005, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Immediately following this visitation, the Funeral Service will be celebrated at Northminster United Church at 1:30 p.m. The Interment of Cremated Remains will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto, at a later date.
