RAFTER (PROUD), Janice Passed away suddenly at 51 years of age. Janice (Proud) Rafter, was the loving mother of Jennifer and Brian. She was the beloved daughter of Dr. John Proud and the late Nancy Proud, and the dear sister of Catherine, Robert, Carolyn, Barbara and Margaret. Janice was a friend to many, her compassion and continued work with the developmentally challenged as well as her sensitivity and love for others will be fondly remembered. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where a Memorial Service will take place in the Chapel on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
