In loving memory of John David Rogers (1947-2019).
John passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on February 20, 2019. Beloved husband of Sharon Rogers for 46 years. Beloved father of Michael (Patricia) and Carrie (Aaron). Beloved Papa to Serra, Aizlynn, Jasper, and Carter. Pre-deceased by parents Joan and Carl Rogers. He was the step-son of Charles M. Lawson. Beloved brother of Peter Rogers. Beloved son-in-law of Wilma (Andrew d.1995) Wildridge. Beloved brother-in-law of Susan Sheepwash (Richard d. 2004) and Sandra Jones (Karen Edwards). He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephew.
Cremation has taken place and John will be laid to rest in the spring at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Guelph General Hospital or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
