WATSON, John (Jack) James—(Veteran of the RCAF, WWII) Passed away, peacefully, at the Guelph General Hospital, Guelph, on Saturday, June 21, 2014. John (Jack) James Watson, in his 91st year, was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Jacqueline (nee Coker) Watson (2002). He is fondly remembered by nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his brothers Harold, Vernon and Hubert and by his sisters Vera, Thelma and Freda. A special thank you to Connie and Jeff Deruyter for their friendship and support and to the staff at Guelph General Hospital for their compassion and kindness. A Funeral Reception and interment of ashes will take place at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Fellowship Lounge, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 12 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home (519-822-4731) or send condolences to www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com ).
