THOMPSON, Karen Frances Marie (nee Haefling)— With her loving family by her side at the Guelph General Hospital, on Friday, August 16, 2013, in her 71st year. She was the loving mother of Patrick (Jhana) and Michael. Beloved grandma of Brandon, Brittney, Cody and Brooke. Cherished sister of Patricia, Mike and Mary. Predeceased by her sister Donna “Dolly.” She was the daughter of the late George and Mary Haefling. She will be sadly missed by her loving dog, Abby. Family and friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, where visitation will take place on Sunday, August 18, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. Cremation will follow.
