Mario Antonio Mazziotti

Mario was born in Italy and moved to Canada with his parents, Angelo and Giovanna at the age of six. Mario dedicated over 50 years of his life to hairstyling, a profession that allowed him to connect with so many people throughout the years. He treated everyone who sat in his chair with kindness, dignity and utmost respect. To Mario, people were never just clients; they were individuals who deserved to feel valued and cared for. Over the decades, he built not only a career but also many lasting friendships.

Mario was a devoted family man. His family meant everything to him and the love he had for them was at the heart of who he was. He was a deeply spiritual man. His faith and beliefs helped shape the person he became, guiding him in everything he did.

Mario will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Sharon, his children, Angelo (Tanya), Adam (Livia), Andrew (Kiah) and Stephanie. He will also be lovingly remembered as Nonno to his beautiful grandchildren, Joshua, Gemma, Gabriela, Manny and Luca. Mario is predeceased by his first wife, Michelle.

Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON. Visitation will be held on Monday October 19, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday October 20, 2026, at 10:30 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Rd, Guelph. Entombment to follow at Marymount Cemetery, 5400 Highway 6 N, Guelph.
