Richard Louis Renaud

Renaud, Richard Peacefully, passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on Monday, May 26, 2008 in his 58th year after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved friend of Karen Lougheed. Loving father of Melissa and Lucas. Dear brother of Rose (Denis) Girard. Predeceased by brother Elie (2003). Survived by sister-in-law Henriette Renaud. Survived by siblings Anna Marie (Wayne) Hallatt, Marvin (Gabrielle) Renaud, Robert Renaud, Denise (Chris) Tingen and Linda (Janet) Moffat-Renaud. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. Rick was a member of many Guelph Theatre Groups, he was a member of Alcoholic's Anonymous for 18 years, and a featured speaker at many assemblies. Rick was dearly loved by many members of the Dublin Street United Church, and will be missed by all. Family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at Dublin Street United Church, 68 Suffolk St. W., Guelph, on Friday, May 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place.
