Peacock, Robert (Bob) Simon: Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at the age of 86, after a short fierce fight with cancer. Bob, beloved husband of 37 years to Sylvia. Loving father to Ruth Burnham, Gregory and his wife Julie Peacock, Stephen Hawkins, Glen and his wife Sandy Hawkins. Proud grandfather to Jim, Heather and Joe Green, Scott Peacock, and Zoe and Sasha Hawkins. Family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Rockwood Chapel, 117 Guelph Street, Rockwood, Ontario from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Friday, January 13, 2012. Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. John’s Anglican Church, 112 Main Street, Rockwood, Ontario on Saturday, January 14th at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John’s Anglican Church, Rockwood N0B 2K0 would be appreciated by the family. A celebration of Robert's life will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 112 Main St., Rockwood on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 2 o'clock. His family will receive friends for visitation at the Rockwood Chapel, 117 Guelph St., Rockwood on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
