Robert Reid

Reid, Robert “Rob” Passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by his family, following a short but courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. Rob was the loving husband for 30 years to Christina “Chris” and the beloved step-father to Tim (Gretha) and Chris. He was the cherished grandfather to Chelsea and Cole. He will be fondly remembered by his brother Brian and by his sisters Sherry and Christina and he was pre-deceased by his brother John. He will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 12 noon followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. If so desired, donations in Rob’s memory made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
