Steve will be forever remembered for his warmth, laughter, bear hugs, and devotion to family, as well as his love for the natural world and thirst for new experiences. He leaves a legacy of strong, true friendships and will be deeply missed. Steve is survived by his wife Tricia and son Hunter, mother Patricia, and brother David, as well as many extended family members whom he always embraced as close kin, whatever the distance. Steve's spirit and light will continue to burn vividly in all who knew him. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-6pm on Sunday September 14th at Block Three Brewing in St. Jacobs, where friends and family are invited to gather to honour Steve's life and legacy.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
