

CEROLI, Umberto— Passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Umberto Ceroli, in his 77th year, was the beloved husband, for 52 years, of Lina (nee DiNella) Ceroli. He was the dear father of Nicki (Peter) Hettinga and Carlo (Camilla) Ceroli. Umberto was the dear Scio Scio of Candace (Douglas) Chapple, Andrew Hettinga, William Ceroli and Samuel Ceroli. He is survived by his brother Guido (Rosa) Ceroli, by his sister-in-law, Maria Ceroli, and by nieces, nephews and cousins. Umberto is predeceased by his brother Antonio. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where friends are invited to meet with the family on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Umberto will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 8:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph, on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
