Elizabeth M. Kitchen

Elizabeth M. Kitchen, age 96, of Waukegan, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. She was born August 15, 1926. Elizabeth retired to Florida in 1982 with her husband George then returned to Illinois in 2018 and resided at Victory Lakes Assisted Living facility until her death. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Leesburg, Florida and volunteered at Leesburg Regional Medical Center for 25 years.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband George; daughter Bonnie Berry and her parents Richard and Bertha Shatswell. She is survived by her children; Linda (Vik) Nikutin, Richard (Joyce) Kitchen and Peggy (Jeff) Fanning; her grandchildren; Robin (Russell) Lyday, Lisa (Bryant) Reynolds, Jeff (Christine) Nikutin, Cimarron (Nikki) Bitler, Stormy Broome, Todd (Justine) Hacke, Tracy (Joe) Tanking, Rich (Jaye), Jim and Barbie (Mike) Kuranda, Justin (Reva) and Rebecca (Stephan) Fanning. As well as great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Village of Victory Lakes, Lindenhurst, Illinois.
