Elma Y. Martin, age 63, of Waukegan, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. She was born April 22, 1959 in San Quintin Pangasinan Philippines. She is survived by her husband Ruben A. Martin; 2 daughters, Melanie (Brady) Rathke and Angelica Santa Ana; Grandchildren, Kaeden, Amelia, Kamilla and Henry.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Pasencia Yu; and her son-in-law, Krisjon Santa Ana.
A visitation for Elma will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031.
