He graduated from Waukegan East High School in 1980. Among his positions in life, he was frozen foods supervisor at Dominick’s in Vernon Hills, an overhead electrician for ComEd, and most recently a shipping & receiving clerk at Tuttle Manufacturing in Barrington. His wonderful Tuttle family visited him daily while he was hospitalized during his final month, sometimes twice a day.
While Michael never married, he was a loving son, brother, uncle and cousin. He was a dog lover through and through and eagerly jumped at the chance to take Wrigley for long weekends. He was a stand-up comic when the opportunity presented itself and always had a movie line for every occasion.
Michael now joins his father Leo Juppe, stepfather John Pelley, brother-in-law Richard Bretzlauf, Grandparents Marvin and Marion Kusche, George and Monica Juppe, aunts Regina Laurel, Rosemarie Weisenhorn, uncles Karl Laurel, Eugene Kusche, Arthur Murphy, and cousins Jennifer and Nicole Barnett.
He is survived by his mother Margaret Pelley, stepmother Sue Juppe, siblings Mary Beth Bretzlauf, Mark (Katherine) Juppe, Audrey (Don) Adams, Martin (Irene) Juppe, Rebecca Pelley, Meghan (Damian Rodriguez) Pelley, stepbrothers David (Tina) Kinne, John (Debbie) Kinne; nephews Christopher (Jessica) Bretzlauf, Sean Juppe, Erez Pelley-Rodriguez, and Russell Kinne; nieces, Quest Pelley-Rodriguez, and Amber (Eric) Sweeney, Jennifer (Jason) Hering, Jason Hering, Kate (Noel) Propkop, Brian (Rosa) Dominiak; great-nephews Caleb Bretzlauf, Andrew Hering, and Sebastian Dominiak, and great-nieces Taylor Hering, Merry and Libby Propkop, Alyssa Dominiak, Marloe Kinne, Anjil and Nova Sweeney.
