Milton D. Digman

Milton D. Digman (Bill) , age 76, of Waukegan, Illinois passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. Milton was born February 15, 1945 in Philippi, WV. He was the son of Floyd and Ethyl (McDaniel) Digman, the 13th of 16 children. He was a graduate of Philippi High School, and was a retired chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Emily M. Digman of Waukegan; stepson, Robert Vlcek Jr. of Waukegan; stepdaughter, Blondine Markey of Fairfax, VA; 2 stepgranddaughters; Tiara Lynn Vlcek of Kenosha, WI; Elizabeth Markey of Richmond, VA; stepgrandson, John Markey and his wife, Stephanie, of Fairfax, VA, and 6 great-step grandchildren; Ryan R. Petry, Quamay D. Daniels, Ilana L. Daniels of Kenosha, WI; Owen, William, and Colin Markey of Fairfax, VA; and one sister, Deanna Lou (Digman) Hunt of Akron, OH.

Besides his parents, Milton was preceded in death by 14 siblings; Floyd, Michael, Brenda, Ronald, Thomas, Jean Carol Seders, Luda Joan Linger, Betty Lavonne Morton, Rosalee Bates, John, Sherwood Randall, Keith, Claudette, and Frankie. Service will be private.
