To the Land family....I am very sorry to hear of your loss.  Renee and Karen and I worked together for years and I will always have fond memories of your mother and wife.  She always went out of her way to make everyone else feel special no matter what kind of a day she was having.  I loved her laugh and her sense of humor and she always made me laugh.  

My thoughts and prayers go out to you all and I know how much hurt and pain you endure when losing a parent.  However, please know that you will forever be surrounded by her and her love.  That may not provide comfort right now, but I promise you it will.  She was truly a remarkable lady!

We were so lucky to have known Renee as our neighbor.  She had a wonderful sense of humor and was a very special lady.  We'll miss her. Our sincere sympathy goes out to Barry and her family.

I am lucky and fortunate to have Renee Land as my mom. She was always there for me giving unselfishly. From a very young age both Mom and Dad taught me that I could do anything I wanted as long as I put my mind to it and they were right. Through all the good times and the bad times Mom was always there for me. I could talk to her about anything in confidence and with comfort. She always supported me regardless of my decisions. Mom worried about me constantly and did everything she could to make sure I was always safe and healthy. It's difficult for me to wrap my head around the fact that I can no longer have a conversation with her, that I can't see her, or hear her, or even make a phone call to her. On the other hand she is finally free from the pain and suffering that she has endured, especially over the past four months. She never deserved any of that. I would give anything to see her and talk with her again, however, until that happens she will always be a part of and always be with me wherever I go and whatever I do.

I feel so lucky and blessed to have Renee as my mom. I am so fortunate for everything she did form. Both she and my dad taught me from a very young age that I can do anything that I put my mind to and I've learned tha is so true. Regardless of our disagreements, Mom was always there for me. She worried so much and never wanted anything bad to happen to me. Mom was never selfish and wanted to make sure I had the best. She always supported me with all aspects of my life and choices that I made. I could talk to her about anything and never feel ashamed. We laughed so much even over the smallest things. I would give anything to have another conversation with Mom, however, she was in so much pain, especially over the past 4 months, that I know her suffering is over. Regardless of the sadness my family and I feel right now, Mom will always be with me no matter what.

I have nothing but the most positive memories of my aunt Renee. When I was young, I always marveled at her platinum blonde bouffant.  I thought it was exotic.  She was always kind and sweet, and I am sorry for the hole her death creates in our lives.  Uncle Barry, Karen, Chris, Nicole and Erika, you are in my heart.  Love, Peaches (Rona)
