Rocco Anthony Matsie, Age 79, of Lake Villa passed away at his home on February 4, 2011. He was born in Chicago, IL to Ralph and Helen Matsie. Rocco owned Pleasant Dairy Service since 1967 and worked at Jones Bus Company after retiring. Beloved husband of Terry Matsie; loving father of Mary Ann (Gary) Armstrong, Sharon (Roger) Reinhofer, Todd Urban, Kim Urban, Brad Urban, Todd Mendoza; dear grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; brother of Dorothy (Kenneth) Wade and Richard (Gloria) Matsie and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, James A. Matsie and previous wives, Virginia Matsie nee Griffin and Marjorie Matsie nee Dickson. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 5 to 9pm and Friday, February 11th from 10:30 to time of service 11:30am at Marsh Funeral Home. Interment at Warren Cemetery.
