William G Trnovec

William was an Army veteran, having served his country with dedication in 1958. He was a loving husband to his late wife, Barbara Marie Trnovec, who passed away in 2020.

In his leisure time, William enjoyed golfing during the summer months and bowling in the winter, activities that he cherished throughout his life.

Loving father of William M. Trnovec, Mary Lee (Randy W.) Dammann, Steven P. Trnovec, and Michael H. (Lori) Trnovec. Cherished grandfather of Stephanie, Ryan (Meagan) Trnovec, Jonathan Morales, Christopher (Lucy) Morales, Brittany (Jake) McFarlane, Tyler (Lauren) Trnovec, Chandler, Hunter, and the late Arturo W. Colin. Great-grandfather of Jessica, Brylee, Riley, Evander and William.

A visitation will be held at Marsh Funeral Home, located at 305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL, 60031, on January 11, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The funeral service will follow on January 12, 2026, at Ascension Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1920 Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL, 60048, at 10:00 am
