Mrs. Simon was the widow of Samuel R. Simon, mother of James Simon of Englewood New Jersey and the late Jane Simon.
A talented and successful interior designer, Claire was with Greenbaum Interiors for forty-five years. She was a life long patron of the arts and a supporter of several organizations, which serve the disabled. Her zest for life and eternal optimism was shared with her numerous friends and family who will sorely miss her.
She is also survived by her cousins Edith Garbowitz, Robert Garbowitz, Cathy Smith, Richard du Moulin, nephews, Dr. Clifford Simon, Hugh Lewis, Alan Lewis and niece, Kim Lewis-Bracuti.
A memorial service will be held at Gutterman and Musicant Funeral Home located at 402 Park Street, Hackensack, New Jersey at 10 AM on November 16th.
