San Antonio, Texas – Kathleen A. (Koop) Seitel, 74, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 15, 1951, in Lincoln, Nebraska, the daughter of Delmo and Barbara Koop.

A humanitarian at heart, Kathleen lived a life defined by compassion and purpose. She was a nurturing mother, a devoted partner, and a caring friend to all who knew her. Kathleen loved the outdoors, during her childhood she would go camping and fishing with her parents.
