Michael Savran

Raised in Linden, NJ he lived in Tarrytown, NY for the last 6 years.

Michael worked as an Industrial Engineer for 40 years. He was very involved with his family raising his two daughters in New Milford, CT and enjoyed playing guitar, dancing, and had a great sense of humor.

Michael is survived by his two daughters Alycia Hamilton and her husband Ryan Hamilton of Chicago, IL, and Malorie Savran of Boston MA, partner Robbie Levy and her three children Ariel, Daniel and Jake of Tarrytown, NY, his mother Marilyn Savran of Edison, NJ, a sister Judy Zislin and her husband Harry Zislin of Woodland Park, NJ, two nephews David Zislin of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and Marc Zislin of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, and 5 great nieces and nephews. Michael is predeceased by his father, Manny Savran of Linden.

Chapel services will be held on Sunday October 30th at 11am, Gutterman-Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors, 402 Park Street Hackensack, NJ 07601. Burial will follow at Mt Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, NJ.
