Born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick, Brenda was the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Cudmore.
Sports were Brenda’s greatest passion in life. Whether she was cheering on her favorite football club, Liverpool, surrounded by friends at Durty Nelly’s, or dedicating decades to curling through playing, coaching, and volunteering.
Brenda was predeceased by her spouse, Leo Grouse, in 2019. She leaves behind a family who loved her dearly, including her daughter, Amanda Poirier, and her four grandchildren: Rebecca, Ceilidh, Ryan, and Emma.
At Brenda’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. For those wishing to honour her memory, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
