The family of David Kenneth Somerville are saddened to announce his peaceful passing on November 12, 2025 in his home in Halifax. Born on November 24, 1968 in Chicoutimi, Quebec, he was the youngest child of the late Betty Ann (Brothers) and Kenneth Wayne Somerville.
David is survived by his two sisters, Shelley (Jeff) Munn and her son Ryan of Fredericton NB and Elizabeth Somerville and her son Brandon of Halifax, NS and cousin Kennie Brothers of Gibson Woods.
The family wishes to thank Debbie Hill NP of Kentville and the dialysis section at the QEII, Kenzie and Maria for their care and compassion in taking such good care of David.
David will be cremated and will be buried with his Mom and Dad in the spring in the Annapolis Valley.
David was a happy, kind person who will be missed by all that got to know him.
