Emily Mae Robarts

ROBARTS, Emily Mae - of Halifax, NS, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2015 at the age of 79. She was the loving daughter of the late Rufus and Sevilla Zinck (Cleveland), survived by brothers: Glen Zinck; sister Florence Young, and pre deceased by sisters Olive and Dora Morash, Alma Berringer, and brothers Ronald, and Fenwick and Wayne Zinck. Loving wife to predeceased Basil Cruickshanks, and Stuart "Tide" Robarts. Devoted mother to daughters Brenda Cruickshanks, Donna Haverstock, sons Stephen Cruickshanks, and Trevor Robarts. Predeceased son Murray Cruickshanks, and daughters Sandra Zinck, and Carol Cruickshanks. Beloved Nan to Mike, Adam, Shane, Jennifer, Justin, Emily, Shawn, Brandon, Steve, Stephanie, Tiffany, Chad, Braedon, Carol Ann, 14 Great Grand Children, and 1 Great Great Grand Child. Emily was an avid Maple Leaf fan, and enjoyed watching her soaps.

A visitation in memory of Emily will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Cruikshank's Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St, Halifax, N.S. Funeral services will be at 1130 am, Wednesday, February 18, 2015 in the chapel followed by a reception. A cremation and burial will take place at a later date.
