Predeceased by parents Gregory A. Pierce and Kathleen Somers Pierce; sisters Gretchen Pierce Ziegler (Rod) and Alyson Pierce Whalen (Wal).
Survived by brother Graham Pierce, nephew Stephen Pierce (Kathleen- Allison, Ethan); and niece Lauren Pierce (Shaya Ghanbar, Ava), also survived by brother in law Rodney Ziegler.
Evan was a graduate of Saint Patrick's High and Dalhousie University. He was a member of Local 269, I.L.A. He was a kind, considerate and gentle man.
