Doyle, Marguerite Frances, 78 years, of Halifax, passed away September 16, 2014 at her residence. Born in Halifax she was the daughter of the Late Albert and Mabel (Revels) Smith. Better known as Peggy, she was a loving wife and devoted mother. Peggy will be remembered by many and forgotten by few as she lit up a room whenever she entered and that light still burns. She was predeceased by her sons: Henry and Albert and her sister: Theresa (Smith) Green. Peggy is survived by husband: Patrick; daughters: Theresa and Catherine; sons: Douglas, Sean and Patrick; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Visitation: Monday 2pm – 2:30pm at Cruikshank’s Funeral Home 2666 Windsor Street, where Funeral Service will be held 2:30 pm with reception following and then a private burial at St. John’s Columbarium.
