It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loved one, Pauline Parris, age 99 of Halifax. Born in Africville on October 2, 1923, she was the daughter of the late James and Ada (Mantley) Paris.
Although no children of her own, Pauline loved and treated her nephew David as a son. Along with David she will be sadly missed by her sister, Helena of Halifax.
Pauline was predeceased by her sisters, Dora, Bertha, Kathleen, Leona, Genevieve, Priscilla and Dolores and her brothers, Ernest and Gordon.
Memorial service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from Cruikshank’s Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street, Halifax with a reception to follow.
