Dingle, Ross Stanley – age 95 passed away peacefully on Monday, October 15, 2018 at Heart of the Valley Long Term Care Facility, Middleton.
Born in Halifax, Ross was the youngest son of the late John and Bessie (Crouse) Dingle. Ross grew up in Halifax and enjoyed gardening in his Bellevue Avenue backyard, walking extensively throughout the city and spending quality time at his favorite “happy places” of the Public Gardens and Sir Sandford Fleming Park (the Dingle).
Ross will be missed by his friend and 30 year caretaker, Bob (Pat) Keith, New Albany. He was the last living member of his family and besides his parents was predeceased by a sister, Marjorie G. Redmond, two brothers, Roy C. and Dr. John R.
At his request cremation has taken place. There will be a private interment service at a later date. We would like to thank the staff of Heart of the Valley Long Term Care for the amazing care and kindness they gave Ross and us as well.
Donations in Ross’s memory may be made to Heart of the Valley LTC Recreation Department or a charity of choice. Online guestbook may be signed by visiting: www.middletonfuneralhome.com
