Slaunwhite, Roy Frederick, 58 years of Halifax died Friday - October 23, 2015 at the New QEII Hospital, Halifax. Born in Halifax he was a son of the late Warren and Helen (Nazer) Slaunwhite. Roy was a fan of baseball and hockey. Surviving are: son Jody; daughter Amanda; sister: Cathy; brothers: Percy, Charlie, Joey and George and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A Private Service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to The Nova Scotia Lung association.
