Brown, Terrance Kevin. Age 70 of, Halifax NS, passed away peacefully on March 8th, 2024, at the QEII Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, after a courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side.
He was the son of the late Richard “Dickie” Brown and Muriel “Todd” (Gray) Brown, born November 25th, 1953, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was a laid back, easy-going guy, and he was always smiling. Even during his 10-month battle with cancer he always had a smile on his face and moved forward each day with a positive outlook.
He was a chef by trade, graduating from his training program in 1981, and has been cooking ever since, in many eating establishments throughout Toronto and Halifax. His last place of employment being Niche Lounge, Halifax. He was highly regarded and will be missed by his many colleagues. In his free time, you could find him watching movies or walking with a coffee in hand. He had a great sense of style and was always smartly dressed. We will surely miss him, and his beautiful smile.
He is survived by his son, Sebastian, and daughter Savana, both of Toronto; brother, Richard (Martha) Brown (Dartmouth); sister, Doreen Brown (North Preston); Goddaughter, Prima Corindia; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
