John, we were very saddened to read about your mom's passing. We think and speak of you and her every time we find ourselves in a Greek community or looking at a menu in a Greek restaurant- we remember her care packages of amazing desserts each Christmas season that you always generously shared with our family. So sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences to Mrs Sperdakes' family. Your mother was such a beautiful, dignified, warm, kind and giving person. She was also a very good friend of my mother Nancy (Antonia). I always admired your mother for being more contemporary than others of her time while maintaining her strong faith in greek orthodoxy. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I am sure you will miss her tremendously. I hope you are comforted knowing she will be watching over all of you.

One of the true angels has been called home . As a fellow IWK Auxiliary member I am saddened to learn of Toula’s death. Toula was kind and gentle always and she and I often shared stories of our children and their children. Such love and pride she showed as she spoke of her family, of her friends and her love of home. As she spoke of love for her husband, Peter she glowed. Such a peaceful loving lady, Toula touched many hearts and will be missed . My sincere sympathy to Toula’s family..
