Ann S. McCormick

Age 81 of Hamilton, passed away on April 26, 2016 at the Westover Retirement Community. She was born in Owsley County, Kentucky on September 21, 1934, the daughter of the late Charles Loston and Virginia (Smith) Scott. On May 29, 1954 she married William A. “Bill” McCormick and he preceded her in death on June 27, 2000. Ann was a retired Secretary for Jackson, McKinley and Monroe Elementary Schools. She was very active in the Amicitia Club, the Little Club, volunteered at Ft Hamilton Hospital and was a member of The Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her two children, Mark (Carol) McCormick of Fairborn, OH and Kent (Janna) McCormick of Kansas City, MO; two grandchildren, Nick and Jack McCormick; step-granddaughter, Leona Houston; two great grandchildren, Bix and Xan Whipp; sister-in-law Sue Scott of Broomfield, CO and nephews Craig and Bruce Scott. Ann was also preceded in death by her brother Charles Scott. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday May 7, 2016 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home with Dr. John Lewis Officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held prior to services from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be left for the family at www.Webb-Noonan.com.
