She was born in Beckley, West Virginia on October 3, 1957. Deborah was kind hearted and giving to all who knew her. She loved spending time with her three dogs.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Novak; her parents Jerry and Loretta Collins; sister Ramona Collins.
Deborah is survived by brothers Joseph and Timothy Collins.
Visitation will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton Ohio from 10:00 am until Funeral Services at 11:00 am on Thursday March 9, 2023. Pastor James Love Jr. will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
