

Dexter Lee Harris, age 44 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Sunday, December 6, 2015. He was born on May 16, 1971 in Hamilton, the son of Denver and Nina Pearl (House) Harris. Dexter married his wife of over 18 years, Katherine “Kati” Harris, in Hamilton on January 17, 1997. He was an assembler at Howden American Fan Company for over 17 years, was an avid golfer at Potter’s Park Golf Course and a Dallas Cowboy’s fan. Dexter is survived by his wife, Kati; mother, Pearl; children, Brittany Harris and Austin Harris; special nephew, Robby; brothers, Roy (Toni) Harris, Doug (Linda) Harris, Darrell (Terri) Harris, Glenn (Sherry) Harris, and Chris (Anita) Harris; sisters, Darlene Lairson, Arlene Rowland and Kathy Harris; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Beth and Keith McClellan; siblings-in-law, Cody, Casey and Jessie McClellan; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Denver. Memorial Services will be held at 11am on Friday, December 11, 2015 at New Miami Wesleyan Church, 67 Elliott Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45011 with Pastor Roger Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial contributions can be made out to Katherine Harris and sent to New Miami Wesleyan Church.
