I lived with Guido in a rented house on Main Street in 1966-1967. It was a two story house. We used to crawl out of the second story window and sit on the roof having a cocktail and yelling at the passerby’s and laughing at the horn honks and funny replies from the motorists. 

Guido would buy a pound  porter house steak, turn the gas stove on, plop the steak into the pan count to 30, flip it over , count to 30 and sit down to eat it. We would both laugh so hard because he would say “I cant eat anything else with it because the steak would crawl away before he got a chance to cut it because it was still alive, not raw but cooked just right. 

I never heard Guido say a bad word about anyone and never saw him in a bad mood.

RIP Guido everyone that ever met you enjoyed your company.

Guido and I grew up together.  We were first cousins.  We had wonderful times, together.  I was three years older the Guido.   

Our parents would visit our grandparents,  they were born in 
Italy.
Since I was the oldest of my cousin Guido and my siblings, it was up  to me to take the younger family members to the movie theatre, so that our mothers could visit our grandparents without a lot of noise from the younger ones.  

I can remember, Guido sitting by me.  I was chewing gum.  He looked up at me and said, You chew gum, just like mommy.  Funny for some of the things one remembers.  He was such a cute & nice little boy.  I have many more terrific memories of Guido, especially after we were grown up.  
He was such a wonderful man, very loving, giving and just an all around good person.   

I wish we could be sitting at the theatre together again, but my best hope and prayer is that one day when it is my turn to leave my life, here on this earth  that we will meet in heaven.

I give thanks to God that I had my dear number one cousin was in my life for quite a while.   I still will love and miss him until I see him in heaven.         

           
 

Guido was a good friend of mine.He was my inspiration...I looked up to him and so want to have all his energy..He always called me Gingerbread  we had a lot of good memories that we made with our group of friends..Thank you Ada for putting that extra happiness in his life..RIP my little  Italian hillbilly you will always remain in my heart and I will miss you dearly your little gingerbread

Guido was a first cousin of mine.  He was one of the most wonderful human beings in this world.  Always giving and loving.  We grew up together.  We lived nearby with other family members.  Guido was a few years younger than me.  He was my very favorite cousin.  I was the oldest of a few of my cousins and siblings.  His mother & my mother would visit our Italian grandparents.   I would have the job of taking my sister and brother including cousin Guido to the nearby movie theatre, so that our parents could visit our grandparents without children running around.   Guido would always sit by me.  I remember that I was chewing gum, Guido looked at me and told me that I chewed gum just like his mommy.  I was 14 years old, at the time.  He was so funny and cute, coming up with that.    Those were such wonderful times.  After the movie was over, then we would head back to our parents & grandparents.  We had some time to visit our grandparents before our parents would round us up to go home.  I will never forget all the many wonderful times that I had with my dear cousin Guido.  He was always a joy to be around.  I loved him dearly.  At age 80, I remember so many terrific times that I had with my dear cousin Guido.  He passed recently and I hope and pray that when it my time to leave this world,  that we will meet again, in Heaven.




Guido was a first cousin of mine.  We were always very close.  As children, I was one of the oldest.  Our grandparents lived close.  Guido's  mother and my mother would visit our Italian grandparents.  They lived nearby.  Since I was the oldest, I was the one who would take Guido, my sister and my brother to the nearby movie theatre.  This was so that our mothers could visit our grandparents , without having the children running around the house.  I really enjoyed taking them to the theatre.   Funny how certain memories stick.  I liked chewing gum.  Guido was sitting by me in the theatre, looked up at me and said.  " You chew gum, just like my mommy does."  Don't know why that sticks with me after many years of the  past.  At the time I was 13 years old.  I am 80 years old and still remember that.  I will always love and remember him.  We hand many wonderful times from childhood to adults.  I know that I will see him in heaven, when it is my time to leave this world.  He was a terrific child and then a wonderful man, who I will forever love..

On behalf of my in-laws, Emilio and Otilia Fernandez and the rest of the Fernandez family, I extend our deepest sympathies on the loss of Guido.  For many years he was a kind, funny, knowledgeable and dependable help to us, and his beautiful obituary lovingly captured his dynamic personality.  Rarely did I call him that I wasn't in a state of panic over a troubling electrical issue, but he was always calm and prompt, leaving us with a safe repair as well as a story of a recent adventure or a proud family accomplishment.  We pray that good memories will bring your family peace at this time. Eternal rest grant unto him, Oh Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.



I had the extreme pleasure of working with Guido and Ada at Colerain Family RV.  I consider myself a better person for having met them and will pray for Guido’s entire family and enormous circle of friends through this difficult time. ❤️

. My sweet sister Ada Maria introduced us to Guido and our lives were better for having known him. He was always happy to see you and genuinely cared for everyone.  He was one of a kind and will be forever missed. 

Guido and I ran for years up at the YMCA in Hamilton .  Nobody could pass us on the track. He was a great runner.  Super nice  and always an upbeat guy. 

I've known Guido since I was born...………..he was my older cousin. Wow, what a wonderful human being. We became much closer the past, many years as I was able to learn more about my crazy, loving, good-hearted, cousin.   Me and my lady, Cathy, loved Guido deeply and will hold him in our hearts, forever.  Our love and support, also, go out to Guido's loving partner, Ada.  Words cannot describe the selfless love and tenderness she showed during her time with Guido.  She will, forever, be a part of our family.  
Guido is now at peace with the Lord by his side.

I’ve only seen Guido one time since I transferred to Indianapolis from Hamilton in 1988 with my employer but I remember the good times we had together prior to then. Guido and I lived together on Main Street for a little over a year. I remember the day he drove home in his 1964 Shelby Mustang GT. He was one proud rooster. He’s the only guy I know that would flop a huge porterhouse steak into a frying pound count to sixty, flip it over, count to sixty again and sit down and eat it with the blood still running out. He was always fun to be around and always had a smile on his face. RIP Guido till me meet again in a better place. 😇😇

I have known Guido for a long time.  I met him while I was in school with his sister Alectia(I don't know the correct spelling of her name).  When we were in school my mom came to pick up my sisters & me. That was when  she met Rose. I loved that woman like an aunt.  When you meet someone like Guido you never forget.  Take care of your folks and tell them I love & miss them too.  R.I.P.

I've been friends with Guido for 40 years. I've lived in Florida since 2001 so only get to visit him on vacations. He was a great, loving and generous person to everyone. I will miss him more than I can say. All my love and prayers to his family, Ada and friends. Keep the good times rolling Guido, we will all be with you before you know it. I only met Guido 4 years ago, but I feel like it was a lot longer.  He was the life of the party. Always happy and ready to dance. When he met Ada and became a couple, we all loved and embraced her too. She made him even happier, which I didn't think was possible.  He was loved by many and will be missed so much. Until we meet again, save a dance for me Guido.

I love Guido, he has been my best friend for many years. Guido was into Karaoke Music and I turned him on to live music wit Balderdash and DeJaVu which he loved and became their biggest fan. He met so many people who all loved him. He loved life and was such a positive person. He loved his children and was so proud of them.  He loved his past and was excited about his future with his soulmate, Ada.  He gave 💯 percent to everything and everybody. Iam going to miss him terribly.

Those left to cherish his memory are his fiancé, Ada Maria, who remained right by his side through the entire duration of his cancer treatment; children, Anthony Terzo, Elise Ainslie, and Aimee Terzo; granddaughter, Avery Ainslie; siblings, Anita (Robby) Robinson, Dante (Andrea) Terzo, and Alicia (Berry) Terzo; nephews and nieces, Jeff Terzo, Justin Terzo, Josh Terzo, Joseph Terzo, Antonio Vincent Terzo, Renata, and Gregory Robinson; and loving cousin, Johnny Terzo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guido Vincent Terzo, Sr. and Rose (D’amico) Terzo.
