Helen Rust

Helen Lucille Rust (Shearer)-Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 25th, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Frederick Rust, father, Garfield Shearer and mother Verna Shearer Brock (Kindred). Siblings preceding her in death are Charles Shearer, Gordon Shearer, Bill Shearer, Herald Shearer, Ruby Shearer, Mable Nickles and Jackie Rust (wife of Richard Rust). Helen was born in Indiana, but lived most her life at the Rust family home on Ross Ave. Helen was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. She loved having her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren around her. Her beauty and grace was unmatched. She loved camping, gospel, bluegrass and country music, which took her and her husband Rusty (Julius) and their beloved poodle Mindy, on many trips to Branson Missouri. She is survived by her siblings John Stanley Shearer, Ethel Goins and Norma Nash, sons Richard K. Rust, John W. Rust (wife Cindy), Gregory F. Rust and Stanley W. Rust (wife Valerie). Grandchildren are Renee Perry, Ricky Rust, Mitzi Groth, Robin Feeback, Shona Miller (Joel), Jason Rust (Gina), Hollie Mejia, Jennifer Garnet (Charlie), Beth Dean (Tim McGuire), Kimberly Black (Mike Buccolz), Martin Rust, Karen Tsiang (James), Anna Rust, Leah Meadows (Mark), Loni Perry (Mark), Lacey Rogers (Elliott), Joia Crago (Drew), Jesse Reed ( Rebekah), 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.
