James "Big Jim" A. Leugers, age 47 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016. He was born in Hamilton on January 9, 1969 to James and Darlene (Thompson) Leugers. James was employed at Regal Cinemas in Indianapolis. He was an artist, and also enjoyed performing stand-up comedy.

He is survived by his parents, Darlene Leugers of Fairfield, and James A. Leugers of North Carolina; and his sisters, Rita (Richard) Reimer and Teresa Kronenwetter, both of Hamilton; and five nieces and nephews, Tony Leugers, Tabitha Kronenwetter, Braden (Courtney) Reimer, Rachel (Jeffrey) Baker, and David Reimer; and also leaves behind many close friends and fellow comedians. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 1PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 11AM-1PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
