Larry founded Fuzzy Papers in Springfield, Ohio in the late 70s. When I was in the 7th and 8th grade my mom would take me there once a week. I would spend up to 20 dollars a week on comics when they were 25cents.He was like a big brother to me.Larry took me to my first KISS concert on January 1978. Magic night! Magic is the word I most associate with Larry.I will miss him a great deal.

I am so sorry this is so late but I did not find out about Larry's passing until two days ago at the Gem City comic con. I was a customer at Fuzzy Papers in Springfield in the late 1970's.  I loved what Larry had created there . Larry was a stand up guy. Honest and fair. I ran into Larry after many years at Hawkeye's comics in 1994.  He saw me first and it was great to talk to him again. He told me about his MS but had the most positive outlook of anyone I've met in that situation. Many fond memories of our friendship and he will be missed.
