Lois Laverne Herman, age 90, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Wednesday June 10, 2015 at home under Hospice care. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Herman, is survived by her son Edward M. Rupp and many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Front Street Presbyterian Church and was active in social, professional, and charity organizations. Among these are The American Business Women's Associates, President of the Hamilton Unit of The Ohio Cosmetologists, and The Hamilton Cotillion. She was the owner operator of three beauty salons in Hamilton and Fairfield, Manager of the Merle Norman store in Fairfield, and was a talk radio performer with several local radio stations. She enjoyed gardening, decorating, and entertaining friends.
